Portering and cleaning

To book porters or cleaning at Whiteknights, you must raise a WREN. You can do this through the E&F website via the Helpdesk.

When organising your event, you might need to raise a WREN to do the following:

• To move furniture/room set up
• Additional cleaning
• Transportation of items across campus (and between campuses)
• The unlock/lock a building out of hours (08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday). Please note the standard opening hours for the Palmer building and Edith Morley is 08:30am-10:00pm Monday to Friday.

When completing the online form you will be asked to submit an account code to pay for the work (you can request a quote in advance).

If you are using a building out of hours, contact Heating Requests at heatingrequests@reading.ac.uk to ensure that there is adequate heating/air conditioning.
