The University has many services to assist you with various aspects of your event. It is important that you provide as much information as possible about your event so each service can help to achieve your objectives. If you have any questions about any of the sections below, please contact the Events Office.
Please note, if you are booking an event for or on behalf of a non-University individual/organisation on the Whiteknights Campus, it is essential that you contact Venue Reading who can provide professional support for all such events on campus:

All external suppliers must be approved by Procurement. Visit the Procurement website.
