External Speaker Policy
If you are booking external speakers they are required to read, acknowledge and agree to follow the rules laid out in the External Speaker Policy Code of Conduct. 'External' speakers are identified as any person who is not a student or employee of the University of Reading.
Please note that this is a compulsory policy when organising events held on University of Reading property and when off campus events are hosted or co-hosted by the University.
