- Major heating failure (6+ rooms)

- Major flooding/weather damage

- Fire alarm activation/panel fault

- Person(s) trapped in a lift

- Lift failure (1 lift in building)

- Blocked foul water drains

- Animal welfare incidents

- Total loss of cold water (fire risk)
