Cycling just got easier! We now offer 4,239 cycle parking spaces across campus, including 5 secure bicycle sheds at Whiteknights and dedicated secure storage at our halls. Join our cycling community today and ride in with confidence.
BUSES
The Whiteknight 20 and Claret 21 buses run from Reading Station and town centre, past London Road campus, and straight to Whiteknights—every 7–8 minutes (Mon–Fri, daytime during term). Plus, Claret 21 runs 24/7, so you’ll never miss the last bus!
PARK & RIDE
University of Reading staff and students can enjoy FREE parking and travel with our Park & Ride service from Mereoak (Junction 11, M4).
Simply show your Campus Card to the driver and enjoy a direct ride to either Christchurch Green for Whiteknights Campus or Royal Berkshire Hospital for the London Road Campus.
