As you start to complete your hours, you will need to record your involvement in the RED Award Activity Checklist. This is an easy-to-use document in which you record the time you have spent on activities and provide a referee’s signature for each activity undertaken.
If you are unable to get signatures for your activity, please note we can also accept alternative forms of proof. For example, if you have worked in a part-time job you could use payslips/timesheets to demonstrate that the activity hours have been completed.
When you have finished your RED Award hours and completed your checklist, you will need to bring this with you to the RED Award Completion session. Your checklist will be collected as part of the session, so that the university has a record of your involvement. Download the RED Award Activity Checklist.
