Our dedicated network of specialist academic and pastoral support colleagues are committed to continuing to provide information and advice. This is particularly important given the uncertainty of the current situation, when we are all responding to significant changes to the way we live our lives.
Counselling and Wellbeing
The Counselling & Wellbeing Team are still working remotely via telephone and video calls to support students who are struggling with their mental health.

Student Welfare Team
The team are offering continued support for any personal difficulties you may be feeling. Please contact them by email to arrange an appointment.
You can email the team and ask to arrange for a telephone or video call appointment with one of the Welfare Officers.
Big White Wall
A free, online support community which provides a safe and anonymous space to share your thoughts and feelings, as well as accessing a range of self-help articles videos and online courses.
1. Go to bigwhitewall.com and click 'Join us'
2. Under 'Organisations' select 'Universities'
3. Enter your University email address and other details, then click 'Sign up'.
