A safe community to support your mental health, 24/7.
Togetherall is a free online support community which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It’s a safe and anonymous online space which you can go to if you’re feeling down, struggling to cope, or just want to talk to people who understand what you’re going through.
Use Togetherall to:
- Meet and chat with other members who may be experiencing similar feelings or situations
- Access a range of self-help articles, videos and online courses
- Evaluate your wellbeing and mental health, set goals and track your progress
- Express yourself and your feelings through drawing or uploading images
Sign up
Signing up is easy - just follow these steps.
- Go to togetherall.com and click 'Join us'
- Click 'I’m from a university or college'
- Enter your University email address and other details, then click 'Sign up'.
Your University email address is only used to confirm that you have free access to Togetherall. Once you've signed up, you pick an anonymous username which is the only thing that other users will see.
How Togetherall can help
Togetherall can help to support you when you're starting to feel low, but it can also be beneficial to use it alongside professional help like counselling.
The University's Counselling and Wellbeing service operates an appointment system which means you may not be seen straight away, so you can access Togetherall for online support while you are on the waiting list to be seen.
Togetherall is completely anonymous and separate to the University, so no one will know that you're using it unless you tell them.
It's important to remember that Togetherall is one of the many services available to support you. If you’re not sure whether Togetherall is suitable for you, you can speak to your Student Support Coordinator, the Counselling and Wellbeing service, or the RUSU Advice Service.
