    Accommodation

    Halls Hotline

    The Halls Hotline is here to help you at any point, 24/7.

    Phone 0800 029 1984 or by dialing 7777 at any help points aroudn halls.

    The Accommodation Office

    Open Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, the Accommodation Office are available for help with requests for room transfers and other hall contract queries.

    Based on the second floor of the Carrington Building, the Accommodation Office are also available via email at accommodationonline@reading.ac.uk or phone: 0118 200 5011.

    For lost campus cards, please find your nearest replacement centre or visit the Campus Card Portal.

    Counselling and Wellbeing

    Counselling and wellbeing services is available to all students.  Find out what we offer and how to access the services here.

    You can speak to someone to offer support in your school, contact the relevant Support Centre.

    Emergency and urgent support information.

    Reception opening hours: Monday - Friday: 9-12 & 12-4pm

    The service is closed at weekends, during University closure periods and on Bank Holidays.

    Please note that Support Centre staff will be available to take phone enquiries between 10am and 4pm each day, Monday to Friday.
