How to apply

You do not need to complete any application forms, as it will be awarded automatically to eligible students who give consent to share their financial information as part of their Student Finance authority (e.g. Student Finance England) means-tested application.

What is the Bursary Worth

A cash bursary of £1,100 distributed in two installments of £550 each.

It is available (dependent on eligibility) for one year only. It is made possible thanks to the generous donations of University of Reading donors.

Who is eligible to apply

Available to UK and EU Undergraduate full-time students who are entering the University for the first time in September 2020, and have an assessed household income of between £27,001 and £28,000
