‘Take-home’ Exams Technical Support
For technical issues (Blackboard and IT) please use the Take Home Exam Support button in our Digital Technology Service (DTS) Self Service Portal in the first instance. From here, you will be able to use our online form to contact the team or find useful information and further guidance. You will need to log in using your University username and password. If this doesn’t answer your question, or your issue is urgent, please contact us on +44 (0) 118 378 7049, and select Option 2 from the available options. Please note that support is available from 8:00am - 6.00pm UK time Monday to Friday.
Limited support for technical issues (Blackboard and IT) will be available from 8:00am - 9.30am UK time on Saturday mornings during the exam period via Digital Technology Service (DTS) Self Service Portal.

For all other queries, read more on exams guidance or email take-home-exam@reading.ac.uk. Emails must be sent from your University email account and you should provide your candidate number.
