We have established a number of policies and forms to help and support you at this time:
|COVID-19 symptoms form|
If you live in halls, please continue to use the Home at Halls app (or My Unite app for students living in Kendrick) to report if you have symptoms.
|COVID-19 positive test result form|
|If you receive a positive test result for COVID-19 please let us know via this form so we can provide you and your household with support and advice.|
|COVID-19 - Formal complaints during the 2020/21 academic year|
Before completing this form, please ensure you have:
1. Read our guidance web pages for up-to-date information about how we are mitigating the disruption to your studies, assessment and other student services
2. Spoken to your School about specific arrangements they are making for your degree programme
3. Read this addendum (explanatory note) for further information about the changes we have made to our standard complaints process to reflect the current circumstances.
If you do not feel the University has sufficiently mitigated disruption to your studies as a result of COVID 19, and this has had a negative impact on you, you can use this form to make a complaint for us to consider.
If your complaint does not relate to this, you should raise it under the Student Complaints Process in the usual way.
