About this website

Engage in Assessment is an evidence-based website that offers information, tools and resources to help support you in the ways in which you assess your students. The site has been designed to cover the main areas of assessment practice. Each area is introduced and has both generic and subject-specific resources for you to explore further. The site has been designed to be quick and easy to navigate, allowing you to search for information by subject (e.g. geography), by topic (e.g. peer assessment) or by keywords. Engage in Assessment is aimed at academic teaching and support staff and although its primary focus is undergraduate assessment, many of the resources and ideas are likely to be relevant to assessment at a postgraduate level.

Engage in Assessment is intended to complement the Engage in feedback website.
