High Vacuum SEM

       

The Cambridge 360 Stereoscan provides an excellent scanning electron microscope for the examination of coated and conducting samples. It has a large sample chamber which facilitates the examination of larger samples and it has a rotating stage which takes up to 12 samples at a time on regular sized stubs.

The High Vacuum SEM is fitted with an Oxford Instruments INCA  X-ray Analysis system.
