Whilst we believe that our undergraduate and postgraduate degrees equip students with the full range of relevant skills, ecology and conservation are competitive fields and possession of a degree in isolation often not enough to ensure that a prospective employee stands out from the crowd.

Part of the purpose of the Centre for Wildlife Assessment and Conservation is to act as a forum to direct students to useful resources to help them develop their CV. We also have a growing list of useful links to facilitate current students and alumni in their search for employment in ecology and wildlife conservation.
