Collaboration with Stakeholders

The CCLFR is closely aligned with the needs of industry and their advisors, policymakers, and other stakeholders. The Centre has strong links with companies in the commercial law and regulation sectors. CCLFR is flexible in the approach to working with stakeholders, and can offer a wide range of services including:

Consultancy: experienced key opinion leaders provide consultancy services to stakeholders seeking advice and expertise in the areas of commercial law and financial regulation. Benefit from academics and practitioners that have vast academic and practical experience in these complicated areas.

Training and Continuing Professional Development: the CCLFR provides training on a range of issues related to commercial law and financial regulation. Specific areas include Compliance, Financial Markets, Competition/Antitrust Law & Economics, Control, Supervision and Regulation, Insolvency and Restructuring, Crisis Prevention. Training can be tailor made in accordance with the beneficiary's needs.

Placements and internships: taking students on placements as part of their course or during vacations can provide access to short-term research and enable students to acquire skills in the areas of commercial law and financial regulation.
