Usually you will not happen to know the PDB code for the protein you are interested in. It is possible to search both PDB and PDBsum with the name of a protein.
Go back to the PDBsum home page and, in the text box under 'Text and sequence searches' type in the name of the protein you have been working with.
Use the results to answer the questions.
