The School of Agriculture, Policy and Development at the University of Reading is delighted to announce that the digital marketing conference, 'Digital Disruption', will return this year for a Sustainability Edition, on Monday 9th March 2020.

Organised by the University's Marketing Society alongside Nick Walker, Teaching Fellow in Marketing here in the School, and in partnership with The Henley Business School and the University of Reading's Careers Department, the conference will combine a series of comprehensive industry-relevant talks and masterclasses focussing on sustainability from industry professionals, including Joss Ford, Founder of Enviral- an ethical marketing agency and Liberty Bollen, Extinction Rebellion.

Speaking about the event, Nick said: nickwalker

"The evening will provide useful and practicable insights to anyone interested in knowing more about how digital marketing is done. This year is different, as we will explore how marketers in the sustainability space leverage digital marketing tools."

He continued: "It is relevant to all, as in virtually every business, but in particular marketing roles, you will have exposure to or direct involvement with digital marketing at some level. Delegates will have the opportunity to expand on their understanding and come away with insights and talking points for future interviews while keynote talks by industry and thought leaders will engage and inspire students.

Food and refreshments will be available, along with the opportunity to network during and after the event. Booking is required.
