Scholarship profiles
The Graduate Institute of International Development, Agriculture, and Economics (GIIDAE) offers a number of scholarships to assist students in funding their studies as they pursue a variety of careers that encompass numerous global challenges such as: food security; international development, environmental sustainability, climate variability and change, sustainability of agro-ecosystems; poverty alleviation; social development, and consumer behaviour and choice.
Our scholarships include the GIIDAE International Scholarship, and a variety of country specific Scholarships which sit alongside those offered by external organisations such as the: Clyde Higgs, Felix, and Santander Academic Achievement Scholarships. We also have the Marshal Papworth Scholarship Programme, an international development scholarship partnership between Reading and the Marshal Papworth Scholarship.
