Thank you for applying for one of the Postgraduate course in the Henley Business School, University of Reading.
As places on these courses are limited, you must secure your place. To do so you are required to pay a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your tuition fees when you arrive in the autumn. The amount and the deadline for payment depends on the exact course you have applied for:
For courses in Accounting, International Business and Management
You are expected to pay the deposit of £1,000 at the same time you accept your offer of a place. However, payment by 01 April in the year that you are planning on starting (e.g. 01 April 2021 if you are starting in Sept 2021) would secure your place.
For courses in the ICMA Centre
You are expected to pay the deposit of £1,000 at the same time you accept your offer of a place. However, payment by 01 April in the year that you are planning on starting (e.g. 01 April 2021 if you are starting in Sept 2021) would secure your place.
For courses in Information Management and Systems
You are expected to pay the deposit of £1,000 at the same time you accept your offer of a place. However, payment by 01 April in the year that you are planning on starting (e.g. 01 April 2021 if you are starting in Sept 2021) would secure your place.
For courses in Real Estate and Planning
You are expected to pay the deposit of £1,000 at the same time you accept your offer of a place. However, payment by 01 April in the year that you are planning on starting (e.g. 01 April 2021 if you are starting in Sept 2021) would secure your place.
For the Executive MBA
You are required to pay a deposit of £1,000. This should be paid as soon as possible after completing the online acceptance form.
For the Flexible Executive MBA
You are required to pay a deposit of £1,000. This should be paid as soon as possible after completing the online acceptance form.
For the Doctor of Business Administration
You are required to pay a deposit of £1,000. This should be paid at the same time as sending back your acceptance form.
For the MA/ PGDip/ PGCert in Leadership
You are required to pay a deposit of £1,000. This should be paid as soon as possible after completing the online acceptance form..
For the MSc/ PGDip/ PGCert in Coaching and Behavioural Change
You are required to pay a deposit of £1,000. This should be paid as soon as possible after completing the online acceptance form.
How to accept your offer and pay your deposit
For courses in Accounting, International Business and Management, The ICMA Centre, Information Management & Systems and Real Estate and Planning
You will be able to accept your offer of a place and pay your deposit by logging into your applicant portal as instructed in your offer email. You will be able to accept your offer and pay your deposit at the same time.
For the Executive MBA, Flexible Executive MBA, Doctor of Business Administration, Coaching and Behavioural Change programmes and the Leadership programmes
You will be able to accept your offer of a place by completing the online form (MBA, Coaching and Behavioural Change and Leadership programmes) or returning the acceptance form (DBA) as instructed in your offer. You should then pay your deposit online using the guest login option (please follow the link below):

Deposit refunds
Should you decide that you no longer wish to join the programme within 14 days of us receiving your deposit money you can request a refund of your deposit.
There are a limited number of other scenarios where you can apply for a refund also (please refer to the terms and conditions for details). Please note that refund requests will not be accepted more than three weeks after the course you received an offer for has started.
