Description
A drill clamp, a wheelwright's tool used for drilling tyres. A brace would be inserted between the arms and the screw enables the bit to be kept in close contact with the work. It belonged to Mr W. W. Field, a wheelwright in Winson, Gloucestershire. Mr Field retired circa 1960 and the business closed.
