  • Description
    Bread rasps were used by bakers, to remove the hard dark crusts of rolls and loaves. It has a wooden handle and a blade curved.
    Bread rasps were used by bakers, and probably also in the kitchen, to remove the hard dark crusts of rolls and loaves. This rasp has a turned wooden handle and a steel blade curved round to be parallel to the handle. Nothing is known of its origins.
