This bridle is part of the harness for a cart horse. The bridle is fitted over the horse's head to control the animal. This bridle is made of leather with brass trimmings. The harness was used on the Godman Estate in Horsham, West Sussex, and at Pepper Gate Farm in Lower Beeding, West Sussex.
