  • Description
    Goat harness worn by a goat to pull a small cart for a child. The donor acquired it circa 1933 from a relative in Worcestershire.
    This goat harness would be worn by a goat to pull a small cart for a child. It consists of a bridle, pad, breast collar, shaft holders and belly band, but is missing its traces, crupper and reins. It is made of leather with brass buckles and is hand-stitched apart from where a machine has been used on replacements. The donor acquired it circa 1933 from a relative in Worcestershire.
