Description
This grease box came from Tolleshunt Major, in Essex, and was also previously a part of the collection at the City Museum, in Gloucester.
This grease box was used as a grease container in a blacksmith's shop. The handle at the bottom of the box is thought to have been designed to fit into the hole in an anvil. It originally came from Tolleshunt Major, in Essex, and was also previously a part of the collection at the City Museum, in Gloucester.
