  • Description
    This is a sun shade, or parasol. It has stripes of black with a grey backgound, and tassells around the base and at the tip. The far end of the handle, which is in two parts, is curved into a hook shape. It belonged to the donor's grandmother, but little else is known of its origin or place of use.
