A pair of shears or tin snips used for cutting sheets of metal. This pair was found in Reading.
A pair of blacksmithing shears, known as 'tin snips'. The snips have short blades and large, looped handles with traces of red paint on them. Tin snips were used by tin smiths for cutting sheets of metal, with each pair of snips designed for a particular task. This pair was found in Reading.
