    This is a Japanese knapsack sprayer for spraying insecticides and fungicides over crops. This consists of a small brass container with a hand pump on top. It has two canvas shoulder straps. There is no maker's name in English but the container is stamped in Japanese. It is translated as 'Designed by Mr. Yasuda Shiki or made according to the design of Mr. Yasuda'. The object is part of the Zeneca Collection.
