A spinning wheel, missing its distaff and drive wheel. Used by the Arkle family, farmers on the Cheshire-Wales border.
A large spinning wheel made of fruit wood, missing its distaff and drive wheel. It was used by the Arkle family, who were farmers on the Cheshire-Wales border, and was bought by the donor's mother in 1960.
