This enamel on metal sign, with black letters on a yellow background, is a warning sign produced by the National Traction Engine Owners and Users Association. It reads: 'Warning. No persons other than the driver, his mate and other persons supplied by the owner of this machinery and plant are authorised to use or interfere with it No liability will be accepted for accident or injury caused by neglect of this warning. N. T. E. & A. INC.'
