Description
This is a beer bottle made of yellowy green glass. It was made for the Heavitree Brewery in Exeter, Devon. One side is embossed with the words 'THE HEAVITREE BREWERY LTD, EXETER'. The bottle was found by the donor in his father's shed in Ashburton, Devon, while clearing it out after his father's death in 1983. It is one of a number of objects found in the shed by the donor and donated to MERL (object numbers 83/98-83/128).
