  • Description
A ram shaped hearth ornament, which may be a door stop. From c.1850/1900.
This lead hearth ornament, which may instead be a door stop, was found in the donor's house when he moved there. It is shaped like a Ram. It is thought to date from c.1850/1900, and is very similar to another one seen locally which was used as a door stop.
