Mug of the type presented to children in Reading in Prospect Park on the occasion of Queen Victoria's jubilee in 1887.
Mugs of this type were presented to children in Reading in Prospect Park on the occasion of Queen Victoria's jubilee in 1887. This particular mug was given to Mrs Turner, a relative of the donor. It is white earthenware, with a black and white picture of Queen Victoria and the words '1887 // JUBILEE // 1887' in a ribbon shape above.
