    A very simple form of trivet, made to stand on the hearth and hold pots and pans. Used in Sackers Green for thee hundred years.
    This is a very simple form of trivet, made to stand on the hearth and hold pots and pans. It consists of two parallel bars of wrought iron which bend at right angles to form four feet. Two cross bars join the parallels, and form a rectangle on which the pots stand. It was used by the donor's family, who have lived in Sackers Green for thee hundred years.
