    This small putty knife was used by the donor's father, who was a wheelwright and carpenter in Braishfield, Hampshire. It consists of a small blade with a rounded end, fixed to a hard wood handle which is decorated in brown and cream colours. It is stamped 'BOLSOVER SHEFFIELD' on the blade, referring to the makers.
