  • Description
    This milk can, oval in shape and made of tinned metal, has an inscription ('John Bucknall Coley Park Farm Reading') on the lid and a small bracket inside for measure. It has a hinged lid and a handle for carrying. It was used at Coley Park Farm, Reading, for carrying milk from the dairy to the retail trade. Milk would be sold by measure direct from the can or transferred to smaller cans.
