  • Description
This small punch is probably a homemade tool for cutting holes in brick. It consists of a hollow tube with a serrated edge, and a piece of wood pegged in at the top. It was probably designed to be punched into the brick, turned, and punched again, and so on. It was used by the donor's father, who was a wheelwright and carpenter in Braishfield, Hampshire.
