Description
Marx Tinplate clockwork Horse and Cart, unboxed. Highly decorated dapple grey horse with blue, red and yellow ribbons and rosettes. One set of little wheels under one front leg. Horse inseperable from shafts. Large red cart with horizontal slots in the sides and rear to imply slatted panels. Solid hollow disc wheels with 'Super Marx' on the sides and blocked treads. Inside the cart is a seat for the driver. Driver and key missing, presumed lost! Model by Marx from a large collection of British manufactured toy farm vehicles and implements.
