Toaster designed to hang on the fire bar of a grate.
This toaster was designed to hang on the fire bar of a grate. It is made of wrought and consists of a frame with two hooks at one end which loop over the grate and also extend below the frame to support it underneath. The carrier consists of a six pronged bar which slides to and fro along the frame so that the food can be taken off without unshipping the toaster from the grate. This bar is moved by means of a long handle terminating in a loop.
