    This printing block was used by the engineering company John Gordon & Co. John Gordon & Co manufactured coffee machinery, including coffee peelers and pulpers. This wooden pattern, from p.R73 of the June 1911 issue, shows the 'Combined Rice Huller and Polisher, 'Java''. It dates from the early twentieth century.
