This printing block was used by the engineering company John Gordon & Co. John Gordon & Co manufactured coffee machinery, including coffee peelers and pulpers. This wooden pattern, from p.W30 of the September1910 issue, shows the 'Combined Rice Huller & Polisher 'Java' spare parts'. It dates from the early twentieth century.
