This is a signed, framed, original black and white pen and ink cartoon by Martin Honeysett. The cartoon depicts an old lady forking some manure into her shopping trolley on a city farm, with the caption 'She hasn't got a garden. She sends it to the Councillors who voted to stop our grant.' It dates from the 1980s. Martin Honeysett has produced political cartoons for Punch, Private Eye, The Spectator, The Sunday Telegraph and The Observer.
