    This is a pulsator, a piece of metal apparatus that fits onto a milking bucket. This is a VFM Pulsator, dating from c.1950s. It has a rubber sealing ring to help fix it to a milking machine bucket. It was donated to the museum as part of a collection of material relating to Harold W. Burry, developer of Vaccar milking machines.
