    An oat scoop, used for feeding horses in the stables at Assendon saw mills in Oxfordshire.
    An oat scoop, used for feeding horses in the stables at Assendon saw mills in Oxfordshire. It was probably used for transferring oats form the bin to the manger. It consists of a large rectangular wooden scoop with three straight sides, one open end, and a metal handle fixed across the top.
