A radius beading plane, with a wooden stock and steel blade, used for creating beading patterns in wood. It is marked with the name of the manufacturer, 'John Moseley 54–55 Broad St. Bloomsbury London', and with 'G. Wernham' and '8/9'. The plane was used by E. Margett, general foreman of J. H. Margett, a firm of carpenters and joiners in Castle Street, Reading, circa 1927.
