Description
A wooden pattern for the spur wheel of a dryer. It is marked with 'John Gordon & Co' and 'D114' in raised letters and 'N–N' in paint, and is coloured black. Patterns are used to create moulds for casting metal. This pattern was used and donated by Nalder & Nalder Ltd., agricultural manufacturers of Wantage, Oxfordshire.
