Description
A wooden pattern for a chain wheel with 14 teeth. The pattern is marked 'P25' and 'John Gordon & Co' in raised letters, and is coloured black. Patterns are used to create moulds for casting metal. This pattern was used and donated by Nalder & Nalder Ltd., agricultural manufacturers of Wantage, Oxfordshire.
