  • Description
    This is a tall narrow iron cheese press painted blue and capable of pressing two cheeses at the same time. There is a central screw with a spring pressure device above. There is a pressure scale from 0-30 cm. A fine handled wheel raises or lowers the pressing plate. There are two stools. The bottom one is fixed and the top one can be raised so that one cheese would be placed below and one above.
