Description
This cooler is made of tinned copper. A removable pan at the top receives the milk which passes out through a circle of small holes in the base. The milk then passes over the corrugated central cylindrical which is water cooled. The outlet pipe is in the inside of the cylinder. The inlet pipe is at the bottom. The cooled milk is caught by the bottom dish and goes out through a short pipe.
