  • Description
    A pan used for holding milk and controlling its flow into the seperator. Used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture.
    A large circular pan made of tinned steel. It has a rim at the base which acts as a stand and an outward curving lip at the top. The base slopes towards the outlet pipe which has a control tap. This would have been used for holding milk and controlling its flow into the seperator. These items were used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
